(foundations of)[;]found during excavations. 1886", "other": "3 cross section drawings of spearhead and photo of cast on reverse.[;]Socket and blade appear to be separate items that were riveted together with 2 large round rivets on either side of socket a little ways above socket blade stop.[;]Blade has a wide rounded, central midrib (socket extension?) that narrows toward tip.  Between midrib and edge on either side is a sharp furrow that look like they create a diamond shape to the blade between midrib and edge. Blade has a large, transverse fracture approximately halfway down blade that likely broke the original in two pieces.
