Reference (c) records that Mr Newall, in his manuscript catalogue compiled c. 1930, noted that bronzes 33 and 34 were on stands labelled 27 and 29 and assumed there was a missing bronze. In 1967 an anomalous palstave (35) was noted among the Irish Collection in the Blackmore Museum. This palstave had the number 29 on it and is clearly a non-Irish palstave. It is badly corroded in a similar way to Nos 33 and 34 and might be the missing palstave.
