It appeared to have been previously disturbed. The primary inhumation appeared to have been disturbed. Small fragments of a skull and limb-bones were found in the mound and part of a humerus found under the right tibia of the secondary inhumation. A bronze awl (1) was found at the side of the barrow in the silting of the causeway across ditch and bank at E.
