Morrison, who reports in (a) that the site is on the rocky ridge running S from the South Mound. A pit had been cut into the rock on the crest of the ridge. The infill of the pit showed a great amount of disturbance (probably 18th century) but the lower levels yielded inhumation and cremation burials, Food Vessel sherds (2) and parts of a bronze pin or awl (3). Part of a jet crescentic necklace were found, consisting of two decorated trapezoid spacer-plates, one triangular end-plate and 80 fusiform beads (3).
