In their Circle 6 - a ring-ditch cremation cemetery - 71 whole or fragmentary urns were found, all with cremations, and a further three cremation deposits without urns. A bronze finger-ring (1) was found in urn \"f\" (not preserved) and a barbed and tanged arrowhead (2) in urn \"m\", (not now identifiable). The site was further examined in 1943 (Ref. c.) when gravel was being removed. Four pits, considered to be fresh discoveries, all contained ashes & burnt bones, but no urns were found.
