Thickness - I had trouble reading this figure, but 26.5 seems to be within the range of sizes shown by the Assoc. items, and also looks about right from the scale of the diagram. In the associations, although some numbers appear as single digits (3, 5, 7, 3-8, 8a) the layout and context suggests that these re abbreviations - I have put the whole number in as I can't reproduce the formatting, but you'd best check I got it right.The same goes for \"\" (ditto) signs that were on the card - I wrote the words out.
