Massive cuts are being imposed on vital services and thousands are being thrown out of work. By 2015, the average middle-income family will be \u00a31800 worse off each year. And if the Tories get their way, our postal service will soon be sold off, while in England schools and hospitals are facing privatisation. That's the kind of 'certainty' that comes with being in the UK.\r\n\r\nAnd all of this is being carried out by a Tory government that has no mandate in Scotland. Why should we put up with the governments that we don't vote for?\r\n\r\nWe think a better future is possible for Scotland, one that can start with a Yes vote in 2014. Independence is said to be a 'risk' - yet what could be a greater risk than staying in the UK when all it can promise is more cuts, privatisation and unemployment?\r\n\r\nWe can't afford to have more of the same. The UK is one of the most unequal countries in the world. In Scotland, the richest 10% are 273 times wealthier than the bottom 10%. Thirteen years of Labour governments made this worse, not better, and with Ed Miliband promising to stick with Tory cuts, there seems little hope for the future. With independence, we can make a break from Westminster austerity and start to shape a better future for Scotland.\r\n\r\nLet's grasp the kind of change we need with both hands.\r\n\r\nRadical Independence is campaigning for an alternative vision of independence - for a green Scotland that strives for peace and equality, social justice and real democracy. We are active across Scotland.\r\n\r\nwww.radicalindependence.org\r\n/radicalindependence2012\r\n@RADICAL_INDY\r\nRADICALINDEPENDENCE@GMAIL.COM"}}]
