We're aspiring to collect letters from each of Scotland's regions, and farther afield from Scots who live abroad. By the end of 2014, we will be delivering an archive of future visions to the Scottish Government and hosting an exhibition at Holyrood at the start of the new year, in addition to releasing our first book in early 2015.\r\n\r\nHOW DOES IT WORK?\r\nIt's pretty simple. You can download a letter template from our website and send it back to us by email or post. Alternatively, you can pick up a letter pack from our post boxes located around Scotland, or attend a letter writing workshop. And for lovers of digital, you can directly input your vision onto our online letter submission page. \r\n\r\nWHAT SHOULD A LETTER INCLUDE?\r\nYou can write as much or as little as you want. You can pull ideas from experience or articulate a future vision. It might be poetic romantic, harsh, critical or angstful. You can write in the first, second or third person. It can be fictional or factual. We leave it down to you, all we ask is that you start with Dearest Scotland...\r\n\r\nOUR ASPIRATIONS?\r\nFirst, we want letter. Lots of the,=m. As we go we will create a digital archive online. Them we plan to publish a book of letters and commission artistic pieces using the letter content. In the meantime, we will be touring Scotland this summer presenting workshops in various locations, the dates of which can be found on our events page. So, if you're interested in hearing more, or in becoming an ambassador for the project, come along to one of our events and let's write to the future.\r\n\r\ndearestscotland.com\r\n@dearestscotland\r\n/dearestscotland"}}]
