The time it will take to transcribe a particular record sheet depends on whether it is completely filled out, or if all variables are present.

However, the record sheets can also look like the below, a shorter version. Please be aware that due to this, the order of variables may change, so please pay attention to which field you are filling out so that you are filling it in with the correct value, and not the value of another variable.

It may also be the case that hardly any of the variables are filled in, e.g. only a value for weight is present. Please do still fill out this information, and just leave blank any fields that have not been filled out on the sheet, or that are just not present.

If you spot any odd capital letters or punctuation such as brackets around numbers, please still include these in your transcription, as we want the transcription to be as close to the original data as possible. Finally, please enter square brackets with an ellipsis between (like this: [...]) if you are unsure about a word/number you have transcribed so that it can be found easily and checked at a later date.
