Transcription of the information in different boxes on the card will sometimes be simple and sometimes involve longer lists of items. An example can be seen below:
We have provided boxes for each field. Please remember the following tips:
- If the is a list in the box, separate the items in
the list by a semi-colon ; and you can also skip to a new
line if the text in the box is on a new line. Otherwise
please just type what you see.
- A few boxes boxes amalgamate more than one section
of the original card. Pleas separate these with a forward
slash /
- If you are unsure of a word, put a ? in front of it.
- Try to be consistent with the way the words are
capitalised or not on the card.
- Most text boxes will expand if you drag down the bottom left
corner.
